Which of the questions is the most interesting to you?

Does the film, Gattaca show a vision of the modern society of the future? As we learn more and more about DNA, will we use this knowledge to judge one another and use it as “eligibility criteria” for getting medical insurance, getting certain jobs – even getting into good schools? Should people be judged solely by their genetic material?
The film Gattaca poses the question: Is a human being more than the sum of his chromosomes, i.e., his genetic material? Do physical flaws and disadvantages sometimes create the need to struggle—and is it necessary for human beings to struggle in order to develop certain vital character traits?
Related to the above question is the following one: if good things come too easily to a person, could this pose any disadvantages? In your opinion, which of the film’s characters is more admirable - Vincent or Jerome? Explain your answer by giving examples from the film.
